In Helsinki, Finland, the Debre Amin Abune Tekle haimont Church gave a training that took into account the current challenges of our church

On January 24, 2023, in the Diocese of Sweden, Scandinavia and Greek countries, in Helsinki, Finland, Debre Amin Abune Teklehaymont Church, a mandate was held that took into account the cognitive challenge faced by our Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.

In the training program under the title of “The Sustainability of Spiritual Servants in Times of Crisis”, the General Manager of the Diocese of Sweden, Scandinavia and Greek Countries and the Administrator of Debre Amin Abune Teklehaymont Church of Helsinki, Finland; d.n. Tadesse Worku has given physical and online training to parish council members, department heads and sub-department representatives.

Through this training, the process of engaging spiritual ministers for service, the nature of the crisis the church is facing at the present time, what are the characteristics of modern crisis ministry, and the spiritual tools of service that should be equipped and strengthened by crisis era ministers were explored.

The training program was prepared by the Debra Amin Abune Teklehaymont Church Administration Office in Helsinki, Finland.
The program has been completed by the General Manager of the Diocese and the Parish Administrator, who gave the promise and the direction of the next work.
